so last night was a good work out. I did the bike for 20 minutes, the rower for 15 minutes, the stair stepper for 10 minutes, 100 sit ups, and some stretching too. I felt good after but not sore so that was a good thing. Tonight is the Powerflex class with ouchic81 and maybe bigred2k so that should be fun. Wednesday I am going to do my work out I did last night. I think from now on I will just go to the gym monday-thursday since I feel lazy on the weekends and never go. I might go some Saturdays if I feel the need (since it is less busy then). Hope everyone else is doing well. I would love to hear from you.
