so i am going to start documenting in this journal again to help me get through the first two weeks of this diet. it is going to be rough, and I know that but it will be nice to have a journal/community to vent to. osuchic81 and I start the south beach diet today. So far so good. Here is what I have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon
Morning snack: low fat string cheese
Here is what I have planned for the rest of the day:
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, steamed califlower and broccoli, sugar free jello and a V8.
Dinner: not sure yet. Probably a grilled chicken salad or I am going to talk to osuchic81 and see if she has any good ideas.
Dessert: sugar free popsicle
this diet says that you should ALWAYS have dessert because that will help with the after dinner snacking which is the WORST for you. I really really hope I can do this because osuchic81's aunt had great results in the first two weeks. Even 10 pounds in two weeks would be awsome! Anyway I have the book and I read it on the shuttle just to modivate me and get me moving. Anyway better get back to work. Bye all!
