So yesterday the diet just about killed me. I felt hungry most of the day, and just had these awful cravings. I really didnt think that it was going to be this bad, but I got through the day WITHOUT CHEATING and it felt good. This morning I feel a little weak but I am going to eat some breakfast so that should help. I have already lost 2 pounds so that definatly keeps me modivated! 2 pounds doesnt seem like a lot, but that is only one day. This makes me excited! Today [Unknown LJ tag] is going to come over and she is going to show me what she got at costco and then maybe out to a healthy lunch. It is good to have someone to help ya out! anyway better get going. she should be here soon!

make sure not to weigh yourself every day because you body goes up and down all day. Plus you will make yourself crazy. Stick to the same time once a week. good luck on this you can do it your first big loss will be water weight.

sorry if I sound bossy I just don't want to see you go crazy when the scale goes up and down on differnt days.

I am going to weigh myself every day in the morning after using the bathroom. I have read that this is a good time to weigh yourself plus it will keep me modivated, and if I have not gained any then that will modivate me to do better.
